Welcome From Our Prinicpal

Welcome Parents, Students, and Local Community,
It is an honour to join this diverse community, and I am filled with enthusiasm as we embark on this exciting journey of schooling together. My commitment to making our school a positive place to work and learn drives my leadership in fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment where every student can flourish.
Thomas Reddall High School is committed to excellence and equity for all. Our core values of Thrive, Represent, Excel, and Deliver underpin our belief that every student is challenged to learn and grow every year in a supportive and collaborative school. We believe in providing an enriching and nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We strive to ensure that every student in our school is known, valued, and cared for.
At Thomas Reddall High School, we have high expectations for both academic and personal growth. For students to achieve their best at school, we ask that all students:
- Attend school every day and arrive on time.
- Complete all classwork and assessment tasks.
- Wear the full school uniform every day.
- Participate in all aspects of school life and take advantage of the range of opportunities provided to them.
- Refrain from using mobile phones during school hours.
- Respect others.
Thomas Reddall will be the backbone to support students and their families as they navigate school. Our open doors will welcome carers, outside agencies, health, and other educational services so that we can work collaboratively to develop holistic and individualised learning and support plans that will encourage all of our students to connect, thrive, and succeed.
We at Thomas Reddall High School believe that every voice matters. I am eager to hear from our students, parents, and the wider community as we work collaboratively to shape the future of our school. Your insights and experiences are invaluable, and together we can create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that celebrates diversity and encourages personal growth.
Our dedicated staff are here to inspire, guide, and support each student on their unique path to success. We foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where students are encouraged to Thrive, Represent, Excel, and Deliver every day. We welcome parent/carer participation in our school, and we encourage you to stay connected with us through school communications sent home via School Bytes, attendance at school events, and through social media. Your involvement strengthens the connections between home and school, creating a strong partnership and support system for our students.
I look forward to connecting with each of you and embarking on this journey of growth and achievement. Together, we can ensure that T-RED is a place where everyone thrives.
Warm regards,
Ms. Carla Scott
